This is the 21st Biennial Quilt show for the West Michigan Quilters Guild which was established in 1979. Over 150 judged and exhibition-only quilts will be on display for viewing. Approximately 65% of the quilts will be evaluated and judged by a nationally certified quilt judge. Each day of the show a “Quilts of Valor” presentation will be made to local veterans and/or friends and family of guild members who have served our country. All proceeds from the show are donated to “The Tie That Binds” a charity fund established by the guild early in its history. This charity is through the Helen DeVos Children’s hospital Neonatal unit. The show will also feature a merchant mall with vendors selling fabric, sewing machines, notions and other quilt-related supplies.
