Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Kalamazoo Natives Kimberly Guess of Guess Who’s Dancing Fitness, LLC., Symphony Ollie, & Muskegon Native Bryan Sims Open a New Event Venue in the Kalamazoo City Center

Kalamazoo Northside natives: Kim Guess of Guess Who's Dancing Fitness LLC and Symphony Ollie along with Muskegon native Bryan Sims are set to open the First black owned event Venue. Located on Kalamazoo mall, it will be the 1st of its kind. After finding that it was almost impossible to find a space for her dance fitness classes (Twerk Fitness), Kim and Symphony found a commercial space of their own. With the private investment of Bryan Sims & big city exposure from living in Houston, TX for 15 years the three of them found the perfect location in the City Center Plaza on the Kalamazoo Mall owned by Kalamahajan LLC. Kim Guess notes that: “this is the perfect location and the perfect time to be in this position. We are extremely humble and blessed that Kalamajahan LLC. gave us the opportunity to create history by being the 1st black owned entertainment venue in the Kalamazoo Downtown District. We are also in the final steps of securing and owning our own class C liquor license, which is a huge undertaking. Kalamazoo as a whole has grown so much in diversity & inclusion and we are proud that our presence will be a physical representation of that.” “The Xperience” is the perfect place, over 3200 square feet of open floor space, bright light gray interior walls, floor to ceiling front windows, chandeliers, and a fully stocked bar with custom cocktails (priced separately). The Xperience is a great canvas to create your very own LuXury Escape. The location of the Downtown Kalamazoo Mall City Center, creates a great backdrop for beautiful photo opportunities that only “The Xperience” can provide. LuXury Escapes is inviting members of the press to this invite only ribbon cutting & grand opening ceremony, where the who’s who of Kalamazoo will be in attendance, including: the Mayor, David Anderson, City Commissioners, City of Kalamazoo Economic Development, Downtown Partnership, Black Wall Street & The Roche Collection founder Nicole Triplett, Sisters in Business founders, Jamiel Robinson of GRABB, District 2012, The Shift Summit, The Ambiance GR & Motu Viget Champagne, Callander Commercial, County Commissioners Tami Rey & Monteze Morales, Pastor Lenzy Bell and the First Lady of First United Baptist Church and Pastor, Dr. Michael T.
